Independent Attorneys
- The Columbia County Circuit Court, if you qualify, will appoint you an attorney . JACC lawyers are independent contractors with JACC. JACC will assign you a Court Appointed Attorney. Assignment is depending on attorney availability and/or nature of the matter. All JACC attorneys have been admitted to the Oregon State Bar and are in good standing.
- Once you are assigned an attorney, then please contact that attorney as soon as possible. JACC cannot provide you legal advice or discuss the details of you case. Do that with your assigned attorney.
